STRONG CHARON is committed to protecting your personal data. The personal data collected through this application form will be processed by STRONG CHARON solely for recruitment purposes, for the purposes of pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Your personal data will be retained until the conclusion of the employment contract, at which point it will become part of the employee’s personal file, or, if the employment contract is not concluded, for use in future employment opportunities for a period of 6 months.
Regardless of your consent and in order to comply with the legal obligation to maintain records of recruitment processes (Article 32 of the Portuguese Labour Code), STRONG CHARON will retain pseudonymised information relating to recruitment processes for a period of 5 years.
