We are very proud to present STRONG CHARON 360º, an innovative circular economy project that reflects how we see the future of safety: with responsibility, environmental awareness, and a commitment to people.
More than just a recycling project, STRONG CHARON 360º was born from a clear vision: what protects our teams every day should not lose value when it has fulfilled its initial function. On the contrary, it should continue to serve, in new forms and with the same purpose ♻️
For years, STRONG CHARON uniforms have accompanied thousands of professionals through demanding shifts, constant challenges, and decisive moments. At the end of their useful life, we chose a different path: instead of sending this material to landfill, we decided to give it value by integrating it into a high-quality textile recycling process.
The result? The transformation of around 2 tons of end-of-life uniforms into 340 sustainable blankets, produced from natural fibers such as cotton. This process has allowed us to significantly reduce our consumption of natural resources, with significant savings in water and energy compared to the production of virgin raw materials, contributing to the reduction of our ecological footprint.
But the impact of STRONG CHARON 360º goes beyond the environmental dimension. Every year, more than 4,700 of our People perform around 11 million hours of surveillance across the country, wearing this uniform every day. Each hour represents dedication, commitment, and protection. Now, these same garments are given a new lease on life, symbolically extending everything they stand for: serving, caring, and protecting.
Some of the blankets resulting from this project will return to the Teams, now in a new form. Others will be delivered to social institutions, supporting people in situations of greater vulnerability. A gesture that reinforces the human and supportive dimension of the project, transforming responsibility into shared value.
STRONG CHARON 360º demonstrates, in practice, that innovation in sustainability is part of our DNA and the way we view the security business. It is concrete proof that it is possible to align environmental impact, social responsibility, and value creation without losing focus on the mission that guides us every day: Serving Peace of Mind.
